Paper Submission

Regular Papers:

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers with maximum 6-page following the conference template. The submitted papers must be unpublished and not being currently under review for any other publication.

 Industry Applications Papers:

The industrial societies are invited to present their applied research in special sessions of the conference. The topics may be in all of industry applications.

Project Posters: Participation of senior engineering students is encouraged by assigning a poster

Fees will be paid after the final acceptance of the submitted papers. The registration fees cover a copy of the proceedings, attending sessions, and coffee breaks according to the following rates:

 

	Egyptians	Non-Egyptians
Regular Authors	2500 L.E.	500 USD
IEEE Member	2000 L.E.	350 USD
Each Extra Page (Max. 2-pages)	300 L.E.	50 USD

Egyptian students will receive a 25% discount of conference fees upon submitting a proof of student enrolment.
